1. Delivery Locations

DROW Wear Ltd delivers exclusively within the United Kingdom. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Options and Costs

We offer a variety of shipping options through Royal Mail and Evri. The shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the package (up to a maximum of 2kg) and the selected delivery method. Below are the available options:

Royal Mail:

  • 1st Class Signed For: £5.99
  • 2nd Class Signed For: £4.99
  • Tracked 24 with Signature (Compensation up to £150): £7.99
  • Tracked 48 with Signature (Compensation up to £150): £6.99

Evri:

  • Standard Delivery: £4.99
  • Standard Delivery – Next Day: £5.99
  • Standard Delivery – Signature Required (Insured up to £100): £8.49
  • Next Day Delivery – Signature Required (Insured up to £100): £9.99

Free Shipping:

  • Free standard delivery is available on all orders over £100.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method and are subject to the conditions set by Royal Mail and Evri. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For: Typically 1-2 business days.
  • Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For: Typically 2-3 business days.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature: Next business day.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature: 2 business days.
  • Evri Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days.
  • Evri Next Day Delivery: Next business day.

Please note that delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed before 10:00 PM will typically be processed and ready for dispatch by noon the following day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information and delivery details. Please ensure you can receive emails from info@drowwear.com

5. Delivery Issues

Lost, Missed, or Delayed Deliveries:

  • Delivery is carried out according to the conditions of the selected delivery service (Royal Mail or Evri). If a delivery is lost, missed, or delayed, the customer must follow up with the relevant delivery provider based on their chosen service.

Damaged Deliveries:

  • If your product is damaged during delivery, and you did not select a shipping option that includes insurance, we are unable to provide compensation. It is the customer’s responsibility to choose an insured delivery option if desired.

6. Areas with Delivery Restrictions

To the best of our knowledge, there are no areas within the UK where Royal Mail or Evri will not deliver. However, certain remote or rural locations may experience longer delivery times. Customers in such areas are advised to select a delivery option that best suits their needs.
