Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Conditions for Returns

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within up to 10 working days. Please note that refunds can only be made to the original payment method used for the purchase. No alternative payment methods will be accepted.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@drowwear.com with your original order reference number.

5. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@drowwear.com, and we will provide further instructions.

7. Shipping Returns

To return your product, please email us at info@drowwear.com with your original order reference number, and we will give you instructions on where to send your parcel.

Please note:

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For returns of higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
